Phase 1 — Foundation
Identity, Recovery Cycle, HEALING, Stoic tools, regulation, peer culture, accountability, and relationships. Closes with a written 90-day plan.
Seven workbook sections plus a role-play lab. Written participant materials. Facilitator companion. Facility-safe agreements: pass option, no war stories, no aggression. This is the cohort most partners schedule first.
